Die - casting molds should be preheated to a certain temperature before use.
Function: avoid the "hot impact" of high temperature metal liquid on the cold die, so as to extend the service life of the die; Avoid the liquid metal in the mold due to rapid loss of fluidity due to chilling, so that the casting can not be filled smoothly, resulting in insufficient casting, cold insulation, "freezing" and other defects.
Preheating: gas jet, burner, electric heater or induction heating.
When the temperature of die casting die is too high, cooling measures should be taken. Usually compressed air, water, or other liquids are used for cooling.
