Die casting insert
During die-casting, metal or non-metal parts can be cast into die-casting parts, so that a certain part of the die-casting can have special properties or USES.
Cast into the shape of the insert, generally screw, nut, shaft, sleeve, tube, sheet, and so on.
Most of the inlaid materials are copper, steel, pure iron and non-metal materials. It is also useful to use materials with higher properties than the metal of the casting body, or materials with special properties (such as wear-resistant, conductive, magnetic, insulating, etc.)
Strengthen the strength, wear resistance, electrical conductivity, insulation, etc.
Clear out too complex die - casting cavity and inner concave die - casting cavity.
Eliminate hot joints and avoid loose.
Use low melting point metal die-casting instead of precious metal.
Many small castings can be combined to replace part assembly.
